After a failed first attempt at releasing an album with an outside producer (-cough- Don't Look Back -cough-), I decided to take things into my own hands and produce an album under my own record label. Black Cat was originally released in October of 1993 and was one of the top selling Independent releases for two years running after that. This reissue is remastered and renamed, appropriately, Life Alone for 2022.
